For most products, the unused product purchased online at getfitsource.com may be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase provided the product is returned in new condition. For exchanges, simply return the purchased product and order the product you wish to purchase.  You must complete the return form found on the back of your packing list and enclose with your return.  All returns must be identified with the original order number. 

Except in the case of shipping errors and damaged or defective products, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Otherwise, refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges.  Credit for the purchase price of a returned item, less shipping and handling fees, will be issued per the original payment method within 30 days of the date of receipt of a product which has been returned properly.  If your order was paid by credit card, a credit to your credit card account will be issued.  If your order was paid by check or money order, a check will be mailed to you.  If any product purchased from getfitsource.com is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase because of a defect, upon verification of the defect, getfitsource.com will refund the purchase price and any prorated shipping and handling fees.  Any videotapes or DVDs that have been removed from their plastic wrap may not be returned unless defective.
