The 55 CM Stability Ball is easily inflated and includes a handy foot pump for inflation. The smooth stabilized plastic surface is extremely comfortable for sitting and/or lying across the ball in either the supine or prone positions. Our Stability Ball is available in several sizes to accommodate almost everyone; the selection of the size of the Stability Ball is largely dependent on the athlete's height and weight and to some extent to the particular exercise position.

Choose 55 CM Stability Balls, Exercise Balls, Gym Balls, Swiss Balls and Fitness Balls if you're 5'2" to 5'5" in height for typical use.
